This one BR ($154k ask) says 582.33/month HOA fee and no "official" tax listing other than an estimate of $243/month. If those numbers are correct, that is a stiff $825/month before the mortgage.

Is the Wobbly Barn still gonna wobble?
Had some good fun at that joint when we skied Killington for a week, years ago with the local community college's ski trip.

My only reference point is Stratton's base village. Did a couple trail races there back in the day, up and down the mountain. IDK what it's like now, back then it was styled after some quaint Swiss village. Much more acceptable than the over the top disaster Great Gulf intends for Killington, and only the .01% will be able to afford it.
