It snowed all day.

Yesterday was incredibly fun. @Scottski63 was here tuning up for his big TGR trip with @raisingarizona. We also skied with @Indy Pass Doug, sidekick Quinn. We were guided in the trees by the venerable (and off duty) Bill from Jay Patrol. It snowed the whole day and in the afternoon it really started to pile up. So hard to tell how much fell as the wind was ripping. Everything was skiable and the lower angle stuff was dreamy. Awesome rowdy dinner with all of us at Alice's Table, we closed the place.

No wind today, or at least much less, so maybe we'll see what snow we can find off the Flyer and the Tram today.

Is he getting a better appreciation for East Coast skiing?

It didn't seem to me that he lacked appreciation. Today was kind of classic EC, windy, snowing lots of new snow, ice in the troughs on steepest terrain and he was digging it. We skied the whole day. One thing kind of EC'y he loves storm skiing.

Some of the best snow came after some dicey drop ins, on one of them he looked at it and said "fuck it, I'm too old for that shit!" I was probably too old too, but hey.

Haha yes. Could be one of your favorites too.
