Hunter didn't open today.

Hey, I’m trying to keep the dad bod in check. At 45 things can quickly get away from ya.

As someone who has been through it.....you don’t have to go dry, just don’t let beer be your bev of choice. My kids are convinced my waist growth from 45 to 50 was more a result of beer than age!

Yup. No more beer and bourbon in my house. Benny shakes fist at sky. Damn you lord, damn you! But, it works.

The shakes eh Benny? Yeah, those may be setting in ?

anxiety is a MF-er. If it was dumping and I were skiing hard every day it would probably help but then there’s that whole apres ski thing.......ugh.

Nope, switched to red wine. French people are fairly thin. That and follow my ex father in law's rule of no "cocktails" before 5pm. It works. But, still, damn you lord!

And the foam is like soap & keeps oral cavities clean.
Just swish it a bit then down the hatch.
Here's the documentary (trailer).

I switched off beer and whiskey about five years ago when I read an article that the mega beer companies wanted to put calorie labels on cans and bottles. I said, huh, why would they do that? Well, the micro brewers we're grabbing part of their market, so, they wanted to remind people that their watered down urine like "light" beers only had around a hundred calories a can (less than soda!), and these beers dominate the market. A good IPA can be 400-500 calories, and I love IPAs, the funkier, the better. Now, add a shot of good bourbon or scotch, and we're hitting a thousand, or close to it. So, bam, Benny's favorite drink, a prime shot and beer, is maybe 40% of my daily caloric needs, in ten minutes, with no nutritional value, if I'm sedentary for the day. Stouts are even worse. Brooklyn Chocolate Stout, my fav, is 800 a bottle! ( Damn you lord!) So, do the math, especially if you don't stop at one. Sad. Life is not fair.
