Greek Peak 01/21/22

Elk just appears to be cared for. I know that's a bit of a flimsy statement. Behind the scenes, who knows. But it's rare that you hear of a lift issue at Elk. Buildings and lifts are painted, hydrants are marked, lights work, trees are planted annually, etc. Don't get me wrong, the terrain at Greek Peak is far superior to anything in CNY or the Poconos, but the place just looks neglected. Lifts haven't been painted since before the bankruptcy, nearly all of the snowmaking fencing is down, lights are frequently out, and so on.
