Appears to be open and shut case to me. If they want things to change, they should show up to a council meeting and respectfully ask them to enact their own limits. And the state should offer an apology and some kind of compensation for infringing on their rights.Going to and coming back from Gore Tuesday to ski we went over Scriba Creek that flows into Oneida Lake in The UpState & missed this.
