Today a very special treat The Queen of the Hop's own CHICKEN CANANDAIGUA
Cooked for an hr in a baking dish suggest 13 by9'inch by 2 inch baking dish : serves 8
1 pkg wild rice
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
4 cups of of cubed cooked chicken
1 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can (5 oz ) of water chesnuts
1 can ( 4 oz) drained mushrooms
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup of chicken broth
Cook rice according to pkg directions Blend into the entire mix gently
Add the broth and mix
sprinkle with topping (1 and 1/2 seasoned bread stuffing 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
Bake for ONE HOUR at 350
Note : FRICKING AWESOME !!,, can be made ahead , frozen, thawed and then baked
