Yummmmmmmm.Made a big old pot of chicken-soup-stew the other day and stuck it on the unheated porch.
Deboned carcass from a Costco chicken that still had a lot of meat, minus any skin the hound appreciated.
Tators, carrots, a couple cans of black beans, sautéed onions (in butter and olive oil)(1 vadaia +1 white), some roasted home grown Roma's tomato sauce that was spiced & in the freezer & quite a bit of black pepper.
No complaints.
Hope there’s enough left for when it gets really cold again.
