It couldn't have been that fancy if the turtle soup came from a can.Seared tuna and beans sauteed with evoo, butter and basil. I got the bean recipe years ago when I was kitchen help at a fancy French restaurant outside of Ithaca. I also learned that I don't like sweet breads (innards) and that turtle soup comes in a can.
