Dude gets trapped on I-70 Glennwood Canyon area mudslide and used a CDOT loader to clear debris.
Loader was in for repairs before the mudslide and dude shut it off when the warning light came on.
Cops tried to arrest him but didn’t.
CDOT laughed it off, allegedly.
