Sounds about right to me. Big Sky in 2021-22 isn't what it was when I went the first time in 2011. For me as a resort skier who isn't into hiking for turns, the lift upgrades and other changes are positives more than negatives. Having a full-size supermarket in Meadow Village makes it much simpler to stay in a condo/house for sure. But I'm the type who also appreciate the changes at Taos in recent years.Big Sky Is Sprawling, Luxurious and Pricey. And, Maybe, the Future of Skiing. (Published 2022)
With lift tickets above $225 and surcharges of up to $100 to ride the tram to the top, the vast Montana resort is delivering a high-end experience. Is it a solution to skiing’s problems?www.nytimes.com

I'd love to see this as at TR in the Trip Reports Forum. Anyway you could add some words? I'd move it over.Ripitz suggested that I post my pictures of my trip there in 1996 to visit my friend Bill Hickey who was the reigning King at the time. He is an old friend from back in the day at Sugarbush, and I hadn't seen him for a few years, it was the first year of the Tram.....
