Building a House with Wood

The crusher run just needed driven on (no roller). It’s solid now & better than asphalt. Sometimes in the spring I gotta throw back whatever the snow plow pushes out but that ain’t hard work.
When I first bought this place (13 yrs ago), I spread out 7 loads of crusher run. For 10 years it was awesome. Now, after 10 years of mud seasons most of it has worked into the clay we have around here. I'm hopeful that because this stuff is bigger it will eventually mix in and turn rock hard. Time will tell.....LoL

Get someone to roll it if you can. In next summer's heat it should compact almost like paved macadam.
Interesting turn of events.
I saw the guy I got these from today. I told him of my plan to rent a roller. He disagreed. He told me to drive it in with my truck. Said the rubber tires would be the best for it.
Who knew? 🤷🏻
