the reality is 1-4" of rain accompanied by very strong winds, maybe gusts exceeding 70mph..Then of course followed by very cold air..

We could survive a hit, but not the knockout blow you're describing. Ugh.

Current snow pack is excellent too, right now.

I just got this e-mail message from Windham (somehow, I'm not exactly sure why, I'm on their e-mail list).

You've got to give them credit ... At least they're being pro-active and trying to do the best for their customers. It's hard to imagine some other operators doing something like this.
