Where are you skiing this week?

Well, Cat was a bust on Saturday morning....sat in the parking lot for five minutes before deciding to bag it.

Good thing I am only 15 minutes away.

Poured rain most of the day at about 32 degrees, I know they closed down at 1:00.

Later in the day, more icing and a changeover as temps dropped.

So...might give Catamount a try today.

Then, Gore on Monday for sure.

I'm off Wednesday as well...maybe another trip to Gore!

So...Catamount was pretty dang good on Sunday, as we had an ice storm Saturday afternoon and through the night.

Groomers must have been busy!

Gore was very good on Monday, still hoping to get back up there again on Wednesday.

Once again, it appears that southern Adirondacks got more snow from the Saturday storm than the Tri-Lakes did. Yesterday I had every intention of skiing all of Porter Mt at van Ho. But there's already been a lot of melt. Back to the World Cup trails.
 
Shane MacGowan cries into his beer in heaven, and it ain't green. For shame, playing something like that on St. Patrick's day.

Thinking K Friday and attempt southern VT BC/xcd Saturday - Hogback, Dutch Hill, Ascutney?
Conditions/weather dependent of course, plan B Saturday would be Magic
