Friend called me to see about skiing Song tomorrow.
Told him it’ll be a later call for if and when for then depending on temps. 36F by 4 with sun oughta doit.

I am watching the weather for Thursday. I'd like to go wherever I can within a few hours of home that I will have some terrain available and I won't get too wet. Gore's an option of course but maybe WF makes sense or maybe it's my chance to try to get in a day at MRG...

Then Royal Friday and Saturday for sure. That's looking dry but not too much above freezing. Hopefully the sun with soften things up enough. And hopefully Royal will open back up on Monday when it's looking warmer.

I'm likely done for this year. Nordic skiing when it's 58 degrees is like skiing in wet cement. Raced a 10k in those conditions once; afterwards, I felt like I'd skied a whole marathon.
