92 miles from where I live in Saratoga to the base area at Bear Mountain. Lodging is completely sold out in Rutland. Literally nothing available. It's drive up Saturday morning or sleep in my car in the parking lot. I will go no matter what. I'm not missing a powder day.

First night sleeping in the Rivian, and may test the Tesla chargers at Red Hook on Friday night for the heck of it - could mean I'll hit the ski club with 80 percent charge which is awesome.

I was going to do Pico Saturday and Killington Sunday, but I actually think I'll flip flop that. This is due to Killington typically handling wind better, which will be an issue on Saturday, and because they are going to open the Bear Mountain Quad 30 minutes early at 7:30. That does mean I'll need to be on the road at like 4am to ensure I make it on first chair.

Pico definitely doesn't handle wind well.

Listen, I’m not one to judge (because I bought a van to sleep in), but I don’t understand how you could pay $80,000 for a truck & then decide that it’s better to sleep in that than in a $100/night hotel room that has a shower & a toilet.
