West Mountain Conditions

Looks like West’s soft opening is Sat 13th and Sun 14th 8:30-4:00, reopening Wed 17th for the season. More info on their Facebook.

I've never been to West. The website is currently showing only 7 trails scheduled to open tomorrow (6 green and 1 black). Anyone think more than that will open?

Skied West today with Indy pass after passing it many times on my way to Gore. I was solo but had a very good day. Conditions were nicely groomed with the 2” they got last night and they left some of it ungroomed too which was fun. Lots and lots of racers. I stayed on the skiers left side of the mountain which was much less crowded. Would definitely go back if I only had a half day to ski
