Right before I left New Jersey, I took my 10 yo hardtail in for service. I told the shop i wanted them to do everything on it. They gave me a price, and it was like six hundred bucks, and they told me I could get the same giant brand new for 850 or something like that so I bought a new bike. Donated the old bike to poor kids in other countries.

Today is my first ride in harvey woods since we moved up and boy do I feel out of practice.

My wife booked us through Algarve Cycling company. They customized a route based on what we wanted with type and duration of riding, provided Gpx files, booked all lodging (4&5 star) moved our luggage between hotels and provided full suspension emtbs. It was absolutely fantastic and at a fraction of the price of doing it through VBT. We could not have been happier.
