I love riding to see local music, Saturday’s ride was a 26 mi mixed surface adventure for some bluegrass with a brewery stop
Really cool private home venue makings natural amphitheater with some cool relics
I stayed a little too long into the second set which made for a fun ride home

Gravel bike getting some wheel work, was fun to get out on the old’s cool aggressor, so dry and dusty she need a shower yesterday

I used to be 6', seat's up a lil high for gravel haulin'. I have a QR on the seat post, usually run lower with flats for grocery gettin, neighborhood rides etc.

Right on. Those 26 inch wheels made me think you were well over 6 foot. I met a guy the other day that was 6-5 and he had a new 29 inch wheel bike and I thought to myself, damn he would look odd on an old 26er. Probably feel scrunched too.

This is exactly it. They see me out there every day. During daylight savings anyway.
Two years ago this would make more sense. Now there are a lot more riders on those trails.
