Ive only got the little saw here, its the smallest stihl i could find a few years ago.

That wood is damp too.

Am I nuts to try to cut that thing.

The other choice would be to learn how to go around it into the deeper water.

A log roller or a steel bar ,leverage is your friend .

Use the little saw to cut something to use as a lever(something dead and down) then lever it out of the way.

Those are great for around the homestead , in the woods a small handsaw will help and be easy to carry.
