Friday, you say?
Montreal out there somewhere...

@Mike said. It all skied pretty well.
Then, today, Sunday, March 16 2025. From corn horn to closing bell? All in one long weekend. Saw
@Mike from the chair and bellered at him! He was waiting at the bottom and we exchanged a good old NYSB greeting right about lunch time, which was about the end of normal operations. The upper mountain closed for wind. Then a tree fell on the most northerly lift. Karen (since 1992 a ski instructor at Titus) watched as the tree clipped the haul rope, knocking it off the
@snoloco "little wheelie dealies" sheaves? Then the tree bounced off her. When she got to the top (incident occurred roughly mid-lift) she realized the tree had knocked off both skis. She was uninjured, and skied down. Made a point to tell my nephew how the safety bar definitely saved her. Rumor has it that may be it for the mountain. The snow was washing away by 3 pm.
Dang boarder--sleeping in the middle of the run!
Harvey's Road seems to have lots of rocks. I didn't go in.
If this is it, it was a good run. Tornado warnings at 6 pm this day just to west in St. Lawrence County.
@Mike, PM if you want to uphill this week. Tues. does look good. I might be able...
