I thought/heard summit had a chair going to the ladies' start building with a Poma going from there to the summit.

I am pretty sure that the center pole riblet was taken out in the early 1980s and replaced with a triple. All I remember is the triple.

Surface lift atop Whiteface Mt.

Unless the cobwebs in my mind have deceived me I recall there being a surface lift running from the summit of the original Cloudspin Riblet double chair further up.
