LOL. Camp, back in the day, I used to go in on a house share near Sugarbush for a 3 day weekend. I'd go up to Trapp Family Lodge with whatever hardy souls suckers were interested. Ski up to the Trapp cabin, then down the Ranch Camp trail to the Stowe nordic center. Ski a lap around Stowe, then return to Trapp. A long but fun day. About 25 km round trip.

Another fave Trapp story. First time I ever went there, 4 or 5 cars ago. I thought the hotel was the ski lodge. I went into the lobby and heard a woman draped in furs telling the concierge, "No, cross country skiing is for the riff raff."
