Neither Lab nor Song has been blowing any lately but it’s snowing there now and more is forecast. They have lots.I saw the guns on a Plattekill in the cams, that's very unusual. I believe Windham has been making snow.
Anyone else?

Interesting that mountains are making snow, most stop after February break. Making snow in March is basically burning money for most resorts. It's going to be very warm this week, so whatever they're making now will melt in short order.
In the southeast (NC, VA) it's about continuing interest because of unusually cold weather not only at the mountains but also where people live. Not having to completely rebuild the base in February also made a difference. Snowmaking started a few nights ago when temps got well below 30. That's supposed to happen for a few more nights. Announced closing dates are generally past mid-March in the region.IMO either they are feeling flush because they didn't have to resurface at all in Feb or maybe they think the spring could be especially strong with relaxed travel restrictions. It has GOT to have something to do with the unique nature of the season.
I wonder what the mid week traffic has been like versus the average. It has GOT to have something to do with the unique nature of the season.
I think it's not out of the question that Gore is up vs last year, for skier visits.I wonder what the mid week traffic has been like versus the average.
