OK. I hear that all the time. I should know not to believe much of what I read but this seemed sensible.

Second shingles shot was the worst reaction I've ever had. Whole upper arm really hurt. It was hard to find a comfortable position to sleep. Lasted a few days. But having had shingles in my 20s, it was worth it.

Had the Moderna booster this morning. Nothing much different yet. Arm is a little sore. I had more of a reaction to Moderna #2 but was all over in 36 hours. Mostly slept it off.

Yeah despite that shingles shot hurting for days it's WAY better than shingles.

Had all three Moderna covid shots and felt just like a normal flu shot--- a little sore in the arm and I was lucky didn't feel ill in the least. After the first moderna I even went for a strenuous 12 mile MTB ride and finished with a few beers... probably not the smartest but why start being smart now? ?
