Season Pass Partners

Looks like it’s not that far off the Thruway. We just might have to stop and make a few runs since it’s on the pass.
Take the Thruway east to 690.
Get off 690 at Fairgrounds to 695 and follow 9 Mile Creek using Route 174.
Park.
Ride up.
Take "The Thruway" down. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
EZ Peazy.
It’ll make feel at home, like on a little bump in Michigan.
If there’s a snow storm the roads should still be decent.

Thanks. It will be worth it just so my daughter can say she rode a t-bar

Would be nice if some of these mountains reciprocated with Platty

TGA are you a Plattekill passholder?

They actually do have some reciprocal deals in place for passholders- not as good as the Freedom Pass days of course

Was not aware, thanks Brownski!

BogusBasin is the one that would be cool to add to the list. I ended up doing my NorthEast Ski Safari last year, but if I was going to get on a plane I was mulling over heading to Boise with the Indy Pass. Getting BogusBasin which currently is not on Indy through Platty Pass would be awesome

I was a Platty season pass holder the last few years but with a second kid on the way I'm not buying any season passes this year. We'll see in the next few years, but it was really hard to break even on that pass even before having to deal with two kids at home.

The Ski Cooper list is much longer than that. Not sure what the disconnect is.

Be interesting to see if Plattekill remains on that list.

That is true but the other side of that coin is that Plattekill keeps the day ticket rate lower - which is to be encouraged.
Good for skiing as an industry, but it disincentivizes committing to a season pass. In a warm low snow year that could be disastrous for Platty.
