Pizza

One of the many things I am thankful for is my late father showing me his focaccia making. I now do this with my kids and hope they will think of me and do this in the distant future.

Excelllent

Just on suggestion
Have you cooked on a baking steel?

No please explain. We had a pizza stone gift that was awesome but cracked at some point.
It puts the the stone to shame. Holds heat and produces a fantastic crust. Great for pizza and bread. Also won’t break and cleans up in a snap.

I'll put my 6 year old cookie sheet against you steel baking sheet and raise you twenty.

We have a 20+ yo stone (2nd one) and some vintage cookie sheets for mass production
