I was wondering why patrol waited until after Christmas to strike, but 12/27 makes total sense for leverage. By the time the customers knew about the strike, they were on their way.

Seems clear to me. Fail deserves every lawsuit against them.

I don't like seeing people get ripped off especially by a major corporation. Vail was still selling tickets at >$300 a day as this shit show was happening. Bottom line they were ripping off customers.

IDK.... if I was dropping that kind of coin on a ski trip, I'd be all over their web site, forums, and stuff like that.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of this one. There are too many variables in operating a ski resort to let something like that be actionable. Would 3 runs have been acceptable? 4? Should they start charging per lift ride?

If the lift tickets were day tickets, I'd say at least refund them.

But I'd bet these were mostly EPIC skiers.
