Love for Smuggs

Someday, someday, son, they will connect Killington and Pico in the same way.

I hope I get to ski it first.
Since skiing Pico the last few years and talking to a few folks having done it, it's on my list for sure

You can ski it any time it snows. There’s just no lift service
Sure, but same with Smuggs/Stowe. This is so much easier.

And, it will actually relieve parking issues at K, but this Smuggs/Stowe connection will make that access road thing much worse. Unless you decide to camp out over on the Smuggs side.

I guess this means Smuggs goes Vail. Eventually.

Stuart did a podcast with Bill Stritzler, the long time current owner of Smuggs.

November 2021

It's a family business. Of course, so were Triple Peaks and Peak Resorts before VR made offers that were too good to turn down.

I hope I get to ski it first.
Do you mean Smuggs or Pico? I've spent a day at each during northeast ski trips between 2015 and 2019. Happened to luck out and ski powder those days. Good fun to be had in the trees with soft snow.
