Labrador Conditions

I think conventional wisdom says that song has more challenging terrain than lab.

I agree that Song has steeper terrain but overall I preferred Lab- only been to them once each of course
Skied Song today. Twas good fun & the shiny thing in the sky even made an appearance.
Rode the lift with someone who said the snow was better at Lab after the big blow.
Song faces mostly north & Lab mostly faces east. The wind whipping up the Otisco valley enhances NW wind we had last few days at Song and Lab's bump buffers it a bit. Piston Bully working pushing piles has it’s work cut out as there’s lots to push. Saw a weird looking whale on Ottos almost like it had it’s mouth open. Shoulda snapped a pic...

Planning to ski Lab Monday.

Skied Lab Monday & got parked before the crack of 11.

It was lake effect snowing but the roads were bare.
Roberts writeup is spot on.
Looked like Colgate’s ski team was practicing on Cutthroat.
Everything skied great but never made it to Cutthroat.

Flat light made for ski by feel but the last few runs on a couple inches of fresh lake effect in the sunshine on Razorback were the sweetest.

Supposed to have the lake effect ❄️ bands coming back again soon.
