Look to go skiing at Lab when they open in the AM with the usual suspects.
The double looked to be spinning tonight even though the report didn’t indicate.
Should be fun with the new snow.
Hope to Song it Tuesday morning too after the snow flies.

From this morning’s report:
"The dirty little ‘R’ word changed over to snow Friday morning, it snowed all day Friday, continued through most of last night, and it’s still snowing nicely. In the last 24 hours we’ve received 4” of new snow, give or take… NOW THIS IS MORE LIKE IT :)
It’s currently 27 degrees and snowing nicely. The forecast for Saturday… Snow this morning, a few stray snow showers hanging around this afternoon, highs right around 30 degrees, no wind, total daytime snow accumulations a couple more inches.
Labrador Mountain will be open Saturday, January 21st from 9 AM to 9 PM with 3 lifts serving 8 trails. The Badger Chair is OPEN! We are skiing and riding on an 18-48 inch base with a machine groomed, packed powder surface… Day lift tickets are ONLY $49, night tickets are $29."

Skied from the opening till 11:30.
29F, no wind and not much light either.
Skied all the open trails. Lots of little learners on Badger and a 1/2 dozen Arise and Ski folks out all having fun.
Nor much in the way of liftlines with both the triple and double spinning.
It was all firm, fast and edgeable. Going faster made it more edge able.
Practiced doing turns to get the legs & balance used to it.
A friend was hitting the pow-grass under the lifts.and said it was good. It was definitely quieter.
Hopefully Sunday-Monday brings some more natural snow
2 outta 3 chance to get 3-6”.
