Nothing happened, and the projected dates have always been rather fluid, in that they'll extend the season for certain lifts if there is enough snow. The only difference is that they have been very upfront about what the plan is, while in the past, they didn't tell you that a lift was closing until just before the last scheduled weekend.Killy used to run any lift as long as there was some fast grass. What happened?
In fact, they are extending operations at several lifts relative to the final Powdr years. Bear will stay open a week later than it usually does. South Ridge will stay open 2 weeks later than it was scheduled to last year, though they did add a bonus weekend last year, so it's a 1 week difference. They will also be running up to 4 lifts through May 11th, and 3 lifts thereafter.
