Wednesday they looked thin. Cousin took one run threw and said nah to hard. Don’t think much has changed, with the snow coming should improve

Me thinks first chair tomorrow morning will be sweet. They're calling for 3-6 for us tonight. Coming down darn good right now.

Got to Song at the crack of noon and it was sweet. Started snowing before 3 and the snow started to hurt the cheeks with speed.
Back at it in the morning hopefully.
Some folks were just bombing
the place when I left.

They look like a decent base is in there, anything not groomed is just pretty firm. If they get a few inches or more overnight, they’ll definitely be back in play.
Wednesday the place was empty and the groomed trails were quite nice. The whole hill has a firm base and tonight's 5-8 inches of real white stuff is likely to make tomorrow the nicest day of skiing this year. And if current snow predictions for Monday and Tuesday come true.... the best skiing of the year might be next week.

Definitely the best day of the year so far. Light, fluffy powder and it never really got crowded. Every one was having fun.
