Sure but they gotta be at destinations I don't normally roll through because holy crap Tucson had one off every exit and I hadn't ever seen one before.

My wife is from the south so I go down there a couple times a year to visit her family. I'm generally not a fan of their cuisine but I love grits.

when I started thinking about them like I would a baked potato, the appeal of grits became apparent. A plain baked potato is pretty bland but a little butter makes it good. Bacon bits, shredded cheese, chives etc can really make it good

Yes, great desserts, casseroles, and BBQ. I'm referring especially to the habit of overcooking beautiful vegetables, especially fresh beans -- makes me weep.
