I've only passed through twice over the years and last time I got breakfast at a Waffle House.

Almost 2,000 locations throughout the U.S. Not sure if it should be considered Tucson cuisine.

We gotta Pancake House without the “s” in The UpState at the east end of Oneida Lake @Sylvan Beach.
Dang three stories tall across the street from the amusement park.

I definitely prefer waffles.

Seriously I don't know how people eat a big fat stack of pancakes. I can enjoy one but a stack? JTFC you gotta be a savage with an enormous stomach.

Sure but they gotta be at destinations I don't normally roll through because holy crap Tucson had one off every exit and I hadn't ever seen one before.

Grandma on the Pennsylvania Dutch-German-side made some tasty homemade waffles.
She’d make em sometimes for dinner too with chicken & gravy .
Surface area matters.
