Dang weather changing faster than ya can shake a stick at just after the solstice.
Temps after the flash freeze should allow snowmakers to do some more of their magic for a few days but those folks might need cleats.

On Saturday at bell I turned to the rando person on the lift. Told him take this in. This might be the best day of the season.

It was glorious. On par with my best days last season.

It ain’t even winter yet in The Upstate and The Tug caught some fresh lake effect snow.

Snow Ridge ain’t far from him, just a bit north of there.

This thing is really gunna B a shit show. High wind warnings up and calling for 10' to 15' waves on the big lake. Shoreline flooding is expected too.

Depending on wind direction the lake effect could reach a loooong ways.
Drifts could be crazy too.

I'm on IR right now, but somebody should ski Big Mac tomorrow.

Well I skied my brains out Friday and Saturday. I'm sick now, but getting over it.

Also Sunday I slept in and skied our woods. I got a whipper in the eye. Had sunglasses on but snuck one by. It's going to be alright, but it's UG-LEE.
