Says Dec. 1 on the homepage . . . as of 8:30pm on Nov. 27.
This season there are more Epic resorts that haven't announced opening day until just a few days beforehand.
Given that Epic passes go off sale on Dec. 2, must be an unofficial goal to get as many resorts open before that as possible.
