Wolf Creek is not only open today, they will be open 7 days a week from now on. The first two snowstorms of the season dumped there. Initially WCSA was talking about only being open Fri-Sun through Nov. 18.

Had lunch with my WCSA instructor today. She's from Chapel Hill, NC and is visiting family. Will be having a semi-private lesson with her in about five weeks.

It snowed here on and off the last two days and Brian Head in Utah opened up today. I'm going up to SW Utah tomorrow actually but no time to ski, only time to dream up some trail hopefully.

The nights are wicked cold here this time of year. I bet they got it. You gotta remember that the ski areas base is at 9300 feet!

Slowly been transitioning to winter mode out of MTB and house projects season...mostly kickstarted with picking up my soon to be 3 yo’s ski setup for the season. He starts for real this year after riding lifts once last season for mostly a photo op. Hoping for a nice long season this year, as I cut it a bit short last year due to so so weather and projects at home...a couple shots for stoke from last seasons best moments:
