Bentonville

I'm glad that just between Bentonville and Knoxville we can keep everyone I know who builds professionally employed, that pretty much the extent of my stoke for NWA. As the trail networks here along the NY/NJ boarder continue to redevelop there is very little motivation for me to do much traveling to ride.
Mountain biking in the alpine of the San Juan’s, the North Shore in BC or the deserts of south western Utah are definitely worth the travel.

I’m sure the trails in north Jersey are great but…….come on now

All depends what your looking for.
I love desert riding. But I found Sedona a bit pedally.
Un real riding and incredible scenery. No real downhill.
Need to do a alpine ride.

I also heard that bentonville is also pedally.

I heard the expression. I just can’t spell

Very little sustained downhill. Always peddling

Desert riding usually is. Bentonville is very much as well, even a lot of the jump lines. Some hits take a few laps to figure out the right speed and pedal strokes.

South western Utah has it all but it’s hard to beat the beauty of the San Juan Mountains.

Every mountain biker should go to BC. Whistler is amazing of course but a trip to the region without sampling Pemberton, Squamish and some North Shore rides as well is tragic imho. Fromme itself is a destination and oozes of cool history of when ladder bridges and dank forests were filling magazine pages and vhs videos. It’s another must hit spot for trail building geeks like me that’s littered with ghosts built by legends and one can still run into the Digger doing his thing.

All on my list
Even though most is above my pay grade.
So far my fav has been Santa Cruz and Teton pass

What was your favorite trails on the Pass?
I had limited time
I rode black canyon except a couple of very sandy switch backs it was 6 miles of downhill heaven.
Next I’ll ride lithium

Get to Brianhead for the shuttles. You’ll love em.

Between St. George and Parowan there’s everything you want.
