We have stopped at the Albany location a number of times on the Friday night drive north. It is always good.These guys have places down by the city as well.

Pre-covid, our college had a fall bbq catered by the Dinosaur. They served over 1000 people in a couple of hours. I always worked it, to ensure that I got leftovers.These guys have places down by the city as well.

Hill Country BBQ has some awesome Texas style BBQ. NYC
the owners dad , one of my top clients was head of the National Building museum (the big Kahuna in the building world and a real bad ass who’s a great guy)
he got Hill Country , when they were new ,set up outside the National Building museum for the summer with a temporary stand that propelled them to bigger things ie NYC
