Thanks --- I like it, too. One nice thing about living in farm country is I can find some cool old rusty gold. That's the stuff I like. I'll clean this thing up and put it on display somewhere around my house.

I had a darn good haul this weekend. My favorite pick was a 20' logging chain, with great hooks on it, for 10 bucks. Sure, it's old and rusty but I'm thinking the steel is this old chain is a much better quality than any new chain I could buy. Not to mention the cost difference.

Submerge it in vinegar for a week and it to look good as new.

Anyone ever seen one of these before? I never have. For cast iron it's extremely magnetic.

It was a good week despite the 1000% Humidity. I started a conversation with someone after noticing the skis along the basement wall. He bought a pair years ago but only went a few times and quit. Next thing I know I’m leaving with boots and skis lol.
Later that day I’m sitting in a bar with my electrician friend and comparing beers he mentioned someone gave him a case of IPA something? He didn’t like IPA so free beer too.

They are as bit short for me but maybe I can use them for bumps and side country.
