Are you a picker?

That's my ski shed. A place to store my toys and a shop to work on whatever. With the exception of a sign and two pair of skis the rest was picked. It's fun to take junk and use it for something.

My mother’s side of family are olympic level pickers. Grew up with the stuff. Going to auctions was a pastime to see who could get the best junk. I appreciate the re-use and re-purpose of stuff but avoid shopping wherever and whenever possible.

I read the definition and was like “junk “ I don’t “pick” junk, then well I did think this would “fly off the shelf when I posted it for sale couple years ago ? ; still have it though it’s not been posted for a while, I thinks it’s some kind of Anchor lantern for an old ship
