APA approves the Whiteface expansion

Unfortunately the greenie nuts like to play dirty as well, as was clearly illustrated in the snowmobile treee cutting case; the greenies completely went along with NYS when NYS was negotiating the Finch Pruyn deal as to allowing snowmobile connector trails from the affected towns. Peter Bauer and Dave Gibson, were very proud of themselves for destroying a deal that THEY AUTHORIZED.
I truly do not like them if you weren't sure;)
I'd like to raise my hand and join the club that doesn't like them too!!! ;););)

It's funny, I deeply care about environmental issues and I work for a Conservation Core. The extreme preservationist approach is total BS though. It's just not sensible, they behave like religious nuts and bully government agencies to get their way. Don't get me started on our local Sierra Club chapter :ROFLMAO: !

The devil themselves. They don't give 2 shits about those who live inside the blueline. Period.
I may have said this before but this is the real problem. People like to brag about how the ADK park is bigger than all these national parks out west but real parks don’t have thousands of people and businesses (and whole towns) living within their borders. There ought to be more recognition of the difference between the High Peaks and wilderness areas and ski areas, snowmobile trails within and between neighboring towns and downtown North Creek.
