not for those with a Whiteface only pass. With what they charge for the WF only pass it would be nice to make it available, it's not like it would cost them anything.
Feat at SLU that must have been something. I saw them in the summer of 78 in Denver, was supposed to be at Red Rocks but got rained out. they were still great but with 300 plus days of sun in Denver it would have been a real treat to see them outside at Red Rocks.
Saw them in 1975 or 76 at Canton ATC with The Birds as an opening act. And met Kenny and Jim back stage after the show which was incredible in such a small setting.
What a beast of a course,(Oakmont)the only person under par after 4 days was the winner and only because he sank an incredible 40 plus foot birdie on the eighteenth hole!
So WF is replacing the LWF Chair(s). Just checking the web cams, they have any view of the area blacked out? What, is there something top secret they don't want anyone to see?
Wilmington wasn't open Sunday so I and even the week before that it was only Hoyts. Hope to get there for Sunday but the webcam shows Mtn Run and Wilderness taking a big hit. With rain forecast for Friday night and Saturday it's questionable wether it's going to be worth it.
Su
WF was good on Sunday but I should have waited to go later, pretty socked in up top til about 2ish. Was going to try Saturday but it was totally socked in and light rain/drizzle. Sunday even had some fresh snow up above but it turned pasty pretty quickly. Skyward is holding up quite well as is...
Rory sure made it interesting on day 4 and in the end made history, also the only champ to win with 4 doubles on his cards.
Thought Rose had no chance on Sunday and he might have taken the green jacket if he had only bogeyed one less hoe in that fourth round to go with the 10 birdies. Wow!
MY Mesonet sites at 4:30 pm. Lake Placid 18, wind chill single digits, Tupper Lake and Gabriels 19 with single digit wind chills and flurries. But no usable snow, unlike the St Lawrence Valley area.
