Yup. Humans are animals. I’m a chordate.
Tusky only has 1 real uphill and it’s #8 a par 3. Hole #2 parallels it and is a downhiller. 8 is one of the toughest at Tusky with 2 penal traps & a highly tilted tricky green.

Why is it always the USA against the world?

Original Ryder Cup back in the late 1920s was USA vs Britain. Then added Ireland. Eventually added "continental Europe" in 1979. Probably because the Americans were winning most of the time and the scores were often lopsided. The Brit who helped get it started by donating the trophy took up gold at age 50.

Couldn’t see the ball in the air teeing off on #1.
By the par 3 2nd hole the fog started to lift.

Was even par after 5 after a birdie.
A couple ugly doubles on the back.

John Rahm stiffed one from the hay & Hatton knocks it off a stick onto the green.

Lift, clean and place with soft greens allows for lots of birdies but ya still gotta make putts.

Yurp is now putting better than USA.

Doubt the greens will dry out much this weekend. Also doubt the state put in a subair system. Who knows?
