My wife, who never really thinks about the market, asked me last night, if we should try to buy some more stock right now (beyond what we are DCA'ing). AKA "Buy the dip."

That would be doing what ol' Warren is recommending ^^ above, but I just can't bring myself to do it. That emergency fund helps me sleep.

But yes, I do think that every once in a while, the oligarchs start to feel like the peasants “have it too good” and want an excuse for layoffs, lower wages, and cuts to services (all things that, conveniently, help the oligarchs become richer)
