I think i'm good where i am ....2 miles from Whiteface in a small mountain town, great local pub, deli and pizza - no traffic, quiet - 45 minutes to big box stores and shopping. I consider myself pretty lucky as it is.

Italy has a lot of nice folks.
Their bureaucracies are world class.
