There's a chance for a storm (nor'easter?) Sunday or Monday. Is this saying on the 29th there is a forecast for 10-13 inches Belle/Gore/Whiteface? Understanding that it is an early and individual forecast.

It’s white outside again & the snow plow went by. It ain’t over. Late lake effect.
Looks better too. Forecasts says it’s suppose to snow some everyday this week including Saturday. That’ll be everyday except Sunday for the week of March 17-23.
Bring it.

I hope they don't desire the summit, between the wind and repairs to the tram it doesn't look promising. Jay is the king of wind-holds.I know folks who are at a gathering at Jay Peak for which the dates were picked months ago. They are having a good time in fresh snow and cold temps.

Given the conditions a couple of weeks ago, the group is just happy to have fresh snow. It's an annual 2-4 day meetup that moves around with people coming and going so more about the company than any particular terrain. A few people even flew from outside New England.I hope they don't desire the summit, between the wind and repairs to the tram it doesn't look promising. Jay is the king of wind-holds.
i just looked at the web cam...it's blowing a gale and very little snow on any roofs.. not saying conditions aren't ok, but that report needs be taken with a little saltGiven the conditions a couple of weeks ago, the group is just happy to have fresh snow.
