We are about 10 miles from Magic in Winhall and have power. Stratton's cams are working as are the lights in the basement area. We lost power a few times for a few seconds over night.

Magic is different, I'm sure a tree fell across the access road overnight, cutting off all power. That's how magic rolls.

March 10th 6:45am: 9-12" plus of fresh heavy snow has fallen and it is still snowing. Roads are hazardous so be careful driving. Currently the base lodge is dealing with some type of phased power loss from this storm. When the lift mechanics are in we will determine if lift service will be affected shortly, so stay tuned here. If operating, ski patrol will be out and opening up trails as they ski them throughout the morning. It is a heavy wet snow, so wax those skis! Green Mountain Power has been notified on any power issues so we will keep you posted on any lift operating delays beyond 9am. Remember that it is now daylight savings time.

Gackalicious is welcome first for this late in the season ta cover stuff. Hopefully backside ❄️ is drier. It ain’t over till it’s over.
