Winter Weather 23/24

I took a look at Magic's base-cam today, it didn't look good.

There's more rain and warmth to come this week to boot.

Lab looks worse than Song as usual in “late” season.
Song's open. Lab has not been spinning since Monday & is TBD, reopening Saturday as of now. Those bumps don’t open till 10 weekdays. Temps going below freezing Thursday night so with some hope corn could be had Friday.

Just check the snow report tomorrow as they re-open to the public to see what's been lost. Since they never developed any kind of deep base this season, I'm fearful of what's been lost. The trail-count will likely take a beating.

With Bristol looking about done and Gore probably getting pretty marginal, we were thinking of heading to my brother in laws near Cannon. Unless they get a dump, probably not worth driving 7.5 hrs and skiing marginal conditions even if the accommodations are free..............

Starting at Cannon - according to google-
Jay Peak is 1:30
Burke is 52min
Sunday River is 1:17
Bretton Woods is 22 min
Attitash is 45 min
Wildcat is 1 hr

I would say Jay or Sunday River might be worth the drive.
Attitash and Wildcat are Epic and there are discussions about them having a bad snowmaking year.

It's back on the GFS
