Zach of OpenSnow does the forecast for the Mid-Atlantic, which actually goes from central NY all the way down to NC. Yesterday he mentioned Song and Lab. Had a picture of a chairlift in white out at Holiday Valley.

Snow is forecast for Massanutten. The DC/NoVA region is likely to end up with a messy mix of snow and freezing rain. Luckily not until after my friend driving fro NoVA and I are tucked into a condo at Mnut by early afternoon tomorrow.
It's 17 degrees at the summit of Mnut as of 9am on Jan. 4. Snowmaking started a few nights ago. They didn't have any problem weathering the warm temps (highs in the upper 50s) after Christmas.
